Who we are

What we collect
When you send the contact or quote form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, business name and the message or project details you provide.
Like most websites, our server keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to keep the site secure and working. If you accept analytics cookies, we also collect anonymous usage data (see Cookies below).
How we use it
We use your form details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and follow up about the work you asked about. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Our lawful bases are your consent (when you submit a form), and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and keeping the site secure.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep the site and the admin login working; these are always on. Optional analytics cookies help us understand which pages are useful, and they only load if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site: Cloudways (hosting, within the EU where possible), Elastic Email (sending the emails generated by our forms), and, once enabled, Google Analytics for anonymous usage statistics. Each only processes data on our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails and form records for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete them. Technical logs are rotated regularly.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to restrict or object to how we use it. Email info@logicode.ie and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can contact the Irish Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
