Terms & conditions

These terms cover your use of this website and the services we provide. By using the site or engaging us for work, you agree to them. They sit alongside any written proposal or quote we send you, which takes precedence where the two differ.

Last updated: June 2026

Using this website

You may browse and use this site for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt its operation.

Intellectual property

The design, code, text and images on this site are owned by Logicode Digital unless stated otherwise. For client projects, ownership of the finished website and its content transfers to you once the project is fully paid, as set out in your proposal.

Quotes and project work

Quotes are based on the scope we discuss and are valid for 30 days. Most projects begin with a deposit, with the balance due at agreed stages or on completion before launch. Timelines depend on receiving content and feedback from you in good time.

Payments

Where we take payment online (for example future courses or fixed-price packages), payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable.

Cancellations and refunds

Project deposits cover time reserved and work begun, and are non-refundable once we have started. For digital products and online courses, you agree that we begin providing access immediately on purchase, and you acknowledge that this means the 14-day cooling-off period for distance sales no longer applies once access has been granted.

None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If something we supply is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will put it right.

Liability

We take care to provide a reliable site and service, but we cannot guarantee the site is always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date below, is the current one.
